We are seeking an SEN experienced Teacher to join our school in Aylesby, Grimsby DN37 7AW.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for SEN education and a desire to work within a strong, supportive leadership team.

Day-to-day duties:

Full class responsibilities including planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that engage and inspire young learners. Work collaboratively with an experienced team.

Contribute to the nurturing environment that supports primary aged children's early development.



Engage with the school community and participate in school events. Uphold the school's values and contribute to its mission to provide outstanding education.
Support, guide and motivate classroom TA's particularly in demonstrating yourself and disseminating examples of effective practice of teaching of pupils with special educational needs.

Take part in enrichment curriculum-based activities with the children

Ensure that the classroom organisation reflects good practice including the effective display of children's work.

Prioritises safeguarding and well-being in the classroom.

Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for all children.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must hold a teaching or equivalent qualification. Experience in a primary setting. Strong understanding of the curriculum and child development. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with staff, children, and parents. Supportive and collaborative working environment. Access to continuous professional development. Lead WRI assessments and deliver targeted phonics through both group and individualised intervention programs.
Must hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to drive the school 9 seater and 7 seater vehicles.
