Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across various age groups, including early childhood and preschool settings. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, supporting children's developmental needs, and promoting academic excellence. The Teacher will utilise a range of skills, including speech therapy, behaviour management, and specialised education techniques such as applied behaviour analysis, to ensure each child's individual needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities



Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in subjects such as Maths, Physical Education, English etc Support children with special educational needs using tailored strategies, including speech therapy and applied behaviour analysis. Manage classroom behaviour through effective behaviour management techniques to create a safe and nurturing environment. Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students requiring additional support. Assist with toddler care and preschool activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioural concerns. Proofread educational materials and resources to ensure accuracy and clarity. Collaborate with colleagues to develop inclusive curricula that cater to diverse learning styles. Maintain organised records of student assessments, attendance, and behavioural observations.

Qualifications



Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings. Qualifications in early childhood education or equivalent recognised teaching credentials. Knowledge of special education practices and experience with children requiring additional support. Skills in speech therapy, tutoring, and behaviour management strategies such as applied behaviour analysis are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for lesson planning and record keeping. Passion for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development in children. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 34,420.00-40,416.24 per year
