Job Title: SEN Teacher - KS2/KS3

Daily Pay Rate: 160-225 (depending on experience and qualifications)

specialist SEN school in the Leicestershire area

. We're currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teacher to work with

Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 pupils

with a range of special educational needs. This full-time role starts in

September 2025

.

The Role:

Delivering tailored lessons to pupils in KS2 and KS3 with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD Working collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and therapists Creating inclusive, structured lessons that support individual progress Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, positive learning space Monitoring progress, adapting strategies and reporting pupil outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

or equivalent (essential) Experience teaching pupils with additional needs in a school or specialist setting Passionate about inclusive education and breaking down barriers to learning Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, differentiation, and EHCPs Confident, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills Driving License and own mode of transport
