Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children. This role involves engaging with students, implementing educational programmes, and supporting their developmental needs. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young learners and ensuring their academic and social growth.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Provide instruction in core subjects. Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages communication skills and behaviour management. Utilise applied behaviour analysis strategies to support students with special educational needs. Engage in tutoring sessions to provide additional support for students requiring extra help. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities. Mentor and guide students in their personal growth, promoting positive behaviour and social skills. Supervise playtime and physical education activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all children. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications



QTS (or equivalent) Experience working with children, particularly in preschool or toddler care settings. Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective interaction with children and parents. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively while maintaining a supportive atmosphere. Proficiency in proofreading lesson materials to ensure clarity and accuracy. Previous experience in teaching. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 34,000.00-42,000.00 per year
