passionate and resilient SEN Teacher or ECT
to join a specialist setting in
Enfield

1st August
. This is a full-time role, paid to scale, in a school that provides exceptional care and education to children with a wide range of complex needs and EHCPs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives outside of a mainstream classroom and is ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people facing significant barriers to learning.

A fully qualified teacher with QTS (or an ECT ready to grow in a supportive environment)
Your Role Will Involve:
Designing personalised and engaging lessons that bring learning to life
Adapting content to meet the diverse needs of learners with EHCPs
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and their families
Working closely with a skilled support team to ensure holistic care
Continuously developing your practice through feedback and CPD
