About the Role
As our new SEN/SEMH Teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports both academic and emotional development.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised learning plans.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring that every child can achieve their full potential.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and external agencies.
About You
We are looking for a teacher who is:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- essential.
Experienced in teaching pupils with
SEN and/or SEMH
needs (minimum 1 year preferred).
Confident in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to promote engagement and progress.
Committed, empathetic, and resilient with a genuine passion for inclusive education.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
