Create Education have partnered with a two-time rated outstanding SEN school in West Wickham is seeking to appoint a qualified and committed Teacher to join its established team ASAP for maternity cover for a full school year. The pay scale is outer London MPS/UPS & SEN point

The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to contribute to Key Stage 5 depending on experience and specialism.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver engaging and well-structured science lessons that support student progress and understanding Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives Monitor and assess student achievement in line with school policies Participate in the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extracurricular activities

The successful candidate will:



Hold

PGCE/QTS

(or equivalent) and a relevant degree Demonstrate sound subject knowledge and a clear understanding of current curriculum developments Be committed to supporting students of all abilities to achieve their potential
