The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting pupils aged 4-18 with a range of complex needs, including autism, PMLD and SLD. This includes:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual learning needs. Assisting with classroom activities, behaviour support, and personal care when needed. Encouraging communication, social interaction, and life skills. Helping prepare engaging resources to support personalised learning. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure consistency of support.
What We're Looking For

GCSEs in English & Maths (grade 4-9 or equivalent). Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school or care background). A patient, caring, and resilient approach. Flexibility and initiative to adapt to pupils' needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with pupils and staff.
