We are seeking to appoint a nurturing, dedicated and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and skilled team at Callington Primary School. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to all young childrens' lives and supporting them in achieving their full potential. Under the supervision of the class teacher you will play a vital role in the children's education and well-being. The role also includes lunchtime supervision.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience of working with and supporting children with Special Educational Needs is self-motivated, flexible, resilient and a team player. can use their initiative in the setting and adapt provision to meet the needs of individual children is an effective communicator is dynamic, resilient and hard working with a positive nature. has high expectations and understanding of behaviour of all pupils.
