SEN Teaching Assistant

such as autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs thrive in a nurturing environment.

What You'll Do
Provide
1:1 and small group support
for pupils with SEN
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
Help pupils develop confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation
Support behaviour management using positive strategies
Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and parents to create tailored support plans

What We're Looking For
Previous experience working in a
school setting
(essential)
Understanding of SEN and behaviour management strategies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach
A valid
DBS
or willingness to obtain one
Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
