About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Merton. You will provide crucial one-to-one and group support, helping children access the curriculum and develop essential skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Supporting non-verbal children and those with ASD and ADHD in both classroom and social settings Implementing personalised learning plans and communication strategies Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to meet individual needs Encouraging independence and positive behaviour through tailored interventions

Requirements:



Proven experience working with non-verbal children, ASD, and ADHD Strong communication skills and patience Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to ongoing professional development
