Support pupils with SEMH in class and small group interventions
Assist teachers in behaviour management and engagement strategies
Provide one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual needs

Requirements
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH
Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow guidance and adapt to individual pupil needs
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
