EduTalent Group is seeking a compassionate

SEN Teaching Assistant

to support pupils with

Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)

needs in a school based in Worthing. This is a

r

ole, ideal for someone passionate about helping pupils overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities:

Support pupils with SEMH in class and small group interventions Assist teachers in behaviour management and engagement strategies Provide one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual needs Encourage social, emotional, and academic development Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment

Requirements

Experience supporting pupils with SEMH Calm, patient, and empathetic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow guidance and adapt to individual pupil needs Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
