Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (x2 positions)
Location: Upton, Wirral
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa3450 weekly
Hours: 8:45am \xe2\x80\x93 3:45pm, Monday to Friday
Are you looking for a role to provide academic and emotional support to children with SEN?
The Role
I am working exclusively with a primary school on the Wirral, who are seeking two 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants. You will either be supporting a child in F2 with ASC, who has sensory and social communication needs, or a child in Year 4 with ASC, who needs support accessing the curriculum. You will be providing learning support to these children. You will benefit from a supportive and strong SLT team.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB etc) or long-term experience working with children
- Experience working with SEN children, ideally ASC
- You hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one through Connex
- Two professional references
- Competitive weekly salary between \xc2\xa3350 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa3450 (dependent on experience)
