competitive pay rate of 40 per hour

What We're Looking For:

QTS or equivalent

qualification. Experience in

SEN teaching or working with children and young people with SEND

. Strong knowledge of

Functional English & Maths

. The ability to

adapt teaching strategies

to suit individual needs. A passion for

helping students grow in confidence and independence

. A valid

DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one).

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering

engaging, personalised 1:1 tutoring

sessions in

Functional English and Maths

. Working with students with

varying levels of SEND

, tailoring lessons to their needs. Following

individual learning plans

aligned with each student's educational goals. Supporting students'

social, emotional, and academic

development. Building strong relationships with

students, families, and the wider support team

.
