We're recruiting passionate educators to deliver 1:1 and 2:1 trauma-informed support to children and young people outside of mainstream school.

About the role

Plan and deliver creative, tailored sessions (3-5 hours, term-time only) Work in students' homes or suitable venues Complete lesson reports and give regular feedback on progress

What we're looking for

Qualified teachers, tutors, TAs, and SEN/SEMH professionals At least 2 consistent weekdays available Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge Bonus: experience with Makaton, PECS, or de-escalation techniques
