Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced qualified English teacher to join our dynamic and committed team. The successful candidate will work within this supportive environment to contribute to the success of our pupils and the development of the curriculum area. This post offers an opportunity to work with a range of young people who have barriers to learning and require higher levels of differentiation in a small class (maximum 10 pupils) setting.

Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.

Pay: Slindon College SLT Salary Scale EITHER:SCL2 47,372-SCL7 53,692 & APTIS Pension 5% ER Cont. OR, SCL2 43,461-SCL7 49,259 & APTIS Pension 15% ER Cont.



Pay review pending September 2025.
