Our children embrace our school motto 'individually we achieve, together we excel' and enjoy being challenged through our broad curriculum, that focuses on developing children's character through our six core values: enthusiasm, determination, confidence, ambition, creativity and respect.

We are looking to employ an additional part-time SENCO to join our team of supportive and professional staff - we already have a 3 day a week SENCO and are building this team to further embed excellent inclusive practice across the school.

We can offer you:

Plenty of opportunities for professional development, within our school and our Trust. An individual CPD pathway, to develop practice, and help you reach the next stage in your career. An opportunity to work in a charitable organisation that is focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged children. A competitive salary, a popular benefits and rewards programme. The opportunity to work as part of a supportive team of staff, working with our incredible children.

What our staff team say is the best thing about working at Pegasus:

"We are a close and supportive team, who care about the well-being of others." "The CPD offered is of high quality, provided throughout the year and inclusive of all members in the staff team." "Our team is child-focused, enthusiastic and dedicated to improving the life chances of all the children we work with.

The right candidate will have:

Drive, determination and a passion for working with children and their families. The ability to work independently and as part of a large staff team. A positive outlook and a resilient nature. A commitment to developing their own, and others, practice as part of a team. Knowledge and understanding of children with complex SEND.

If you feel you would be suitable to work within our supportive and friendly team, we would like to hear from you!
