SEND Hub Support Practitioner

Grade 6 - Actual salary 21,170

Hours Per Week : 30

Term time only plus 2 inset day

Fixed Term for one year

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practitioner to join our committed Team.





This role will involve supporting the learning, development, and well-being of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the school's EYFS & KS1 SEND Hub. The role will focus on ensuring pupils are fully included in learning, receive high-quality tailored support and are supported in developing independence, communication and social skills in a nurturing and structured environment.



The post holder will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Hub during the afternoons and in the absence of the SENDCO ensuring a safe, positive and structured learning environment.





Tours are available on Tuesday 9th September or Thursday 11th September at 3.30pm - please contact school to book a place.
