We are seeking a resilient and versatile practitioner to join our team, supporting neurodivergent young people aged 6-14 who currently require a different learning environment. This role will suit an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant or Teacher who is passionate about inclusion and committed to young person-centred practice.
Work 1:1 and in small groups with neurodivergent learners, supporting their academic and personal development.
Collaborate with colleagues, schools, and families to ensure smooth outreach and transition into educational settings.
Contribute to provision mapping and support plans, with a strong understanding of the EHCP process.
Deliver learning across KS1, KS2, and KS3 curriculum areas, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
Uphold safeguarding and inclusive practice at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
Driving licence (to support outreach and transition work).
Strong knowledge of the EHCP system and SEND frameworks.
Experience working with neurodivergent young people in educational or therapeutic settings.
Ability to adapt across age ranges (6-14) and curriculum stages.
Team player with collaborative practice at the heart of your work.
