Join our

SEND Advisory & Inclusion Service Leadership Team

as a

SEND Project Lead.

This pivotal role supports the Head of Service in defining, developing, and delivering innovative projects that enhance SEND provision across Birmingham. You will work closely with senior leaders to implement programmes that improve outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.


This role is on the leadership pay spine of Statutory Teachers Pay and Conditions and would be at an Assistant Leadership level within the SEND Advisory & Inclusion Service. Candidates with a background in teaching pupils with SEND and who have experience of leading projects within the education sector would be welcome to apply.


About You



Strong background in SEND provision and advisory work. Proven experience in managing projects or programmes of work Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with schools, families, and multi-agency partners. Commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
