SEND Recruitment Consultant
to join our dynamic, fast-paced education team!What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with schools, candidates, and support staff Source, screen, and place high-quality SEND Teachers & Teaching Assistants Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement Visit schools and understand their staffing needs Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates Work towards clear targets with excellent earning potential
What We're Looking For
Passion and Care for SEND and making a positive impact in education Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident, proactive, and resilient attitude Ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Sales, recruitment experience Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
