is looking for a dedicated

SEND Support Mentor

to join their team. As a

SEND Support Mentor

, you will provide vital support to children with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals in a nurturing environment.

The Role:

As a

SEND Support Mentor

, you will:

? Work closely with children with SEN, providing 1:1 or small group support to help them engage with lessons and complete their work.

? Support teachers in creating and implementing personalised learning plans tailored to each student's needs.

? Assist with managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.

? Provide emotional and social support to children, helping them build confidence and self-esteem.

? Track and monitor the progress of children with SEN, providing feedback to the teacher and parents where appropriate.

Requirements:

Available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. DBS checked or willing to apply for one. Experience working with children in the UK is essential. Live in the Maidenhead area or be able to commute.
