What We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher (not suitable for ECTs) with a passion for SEND Experience in specialist SEN settings is desirable, but not essential Confidence in ASC and PMLD pedagogies Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons Flexibility to work across age groups and departments Commitment to professional development and pupil wellbeing
