Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students' academic and personal development. This role involves working with children across various age groups, including early childhood and preschool learners, and may include specialised areas such as speech therapy, special education, and physical education. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, behaviour management techniques, and a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring young minds.

Responsibilities



Plan and deliver engaging lessons across multiple subjects, including maths, physical education, and early childhood education. Support students with speech therapy exercises and applied behaviour analysis programmes as required. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Provide personalised tutoring and support to students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education. Assist with toddler care and preschool activities, ensuring developmental milestones are met. Proofread educational materials and adapt teaching resources to suit individual student requirements. Mentor students to foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop tailored educational plans. Incorporate child-friendly teaching methods that promote active participation and social development.

Requirements



Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings. Qualifications in early childhood education or preschool teaching are highly desirable. Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, behaviour management strategies, and applied behaviour analysis is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in special education or tutoring is preferred. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs. Organised with excellent proofreading skills for educational content development. Passion for mentoring young learners and supporting their holistic development. Flexibility to work within a dynamic educational environment that values creativity and inclusivity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,474.17-37,278.46 per year

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred) QTS (preferred)
