Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join a specialist school in Winchester from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position, working with primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties), Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
About the Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and personalised lessons that meet the needs of learners with complex SEND. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters progress, independence, and confidence. Adapt teaching strategies to support a wide range of learning styles and needs.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential). Experience or strong interest in working within a SEND setting (ideally with SLD, PMLD, Autism, and/or Physical Disabilities). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Patience, creativity, and a commitment to inclusive education.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
