Job Description

justteachers is currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Support Worker to join a highly specialist provision setting near Boston. This is a full-time role, due to start as soon as possible with shortlisting currently taking place.

This setting supports children and young people aged 5-19 with a range of complex special educational needs, including autism, SEMH needs, and associated learning difficulties. You'll be part of a therapeutic and multi-disciplinary team making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent, person-centred support to pupils with EHCPs Assist in classroom-based learning and community-based activities Promote emotional regulation, independence, and communication skills Implement behaviour and sensory support strategies as trained Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and external professionals
You Will Need:

Experience supporting children or young adults with SEND (education or care background considered) A trauma-informed and emotionally available approach Resilience, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced specialist environment Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo specialist training (e.g. Team Teach, Autism Awareness, etc.)
