SEND Teaching Assistant (TA) - Derby City (Supply Role)

We are looking to expand our talent pool of dedicated

SEND Teaching Assistants

to work on supply across schools in Derby City as we head into our busiest time of year.

About the Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and thrive in the classroom. You'll work alongside teachers and other support staff to create a positive, inclusive environment tailored to individual needs.

This role is on a

supply basis

, offering flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work in different school settings across Derby City.

What We're Looking For:

Experience

working as a SEND Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar support role. A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language, or physical needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to adapt quickly and provide tailored support.

Drivers are not essential

, but being able to travel independently to schools across Derby is beneficial.

Pay: 97.68-140.00 per day
