The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
We are looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant at Poplar Farm School to work with children who have special educational needs. The successful candidate will be required to provide enhanced support for children with physical health needs and social and emotional health needs.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
Have experience of supporting within a Primary School.
Have some experience of working with children with social and emotional health (SEMH) needs.
Be a committed individual who can foster, monitor and develop the abilities, social skills and understanding of children.
Be a good team player with positive interpersonal skills.
Contribute to the ethos of a friendly, happy school, in which the personal development and well-being is given the highest priority, and where both academic and personal qualities of children are recognised and valued.
