to recruit an experienced

SEND Teaching Assistant

for a

full-time, long-term position starting in September

.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide

1:1 support for a primary-aged child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

and some behavioural needs. The successful candidate will:

Support the child in class, helping them access the curriculum in line with their EHCP Recognise when the child needs short breaks and facilitate a smooth return to learning Assist with both academic and emotional development Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent, high-quality support

Candidate Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN

, particularly ASD and behavioural needs (essential) A calm, patient and flexible approach to support and behaviour management Available to

trial during the first week of September

Able to commit to a

full-time, long-term role
