Role Overview

We are looking for

experienced Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants

to join our team. You will work directly in special needs settings supporting students in the classroom and contributing to their learning, development, wellbeing and independence.

You may be involved in:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting with implementation of Individual Education Plans / learning support plans Supporting communication, behaviour, social skills and emotional regulation Helping with classroom preparation, resources and adaptation of materials Watching for and reporting progress, challenges, and working with teachers/specialists to meet student needs

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working in special needs settings / supporting children with SEND Strong understanding of behaviour management and patience, compassion & flexibility Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles Enhanced DBS; or willingness to obtain one if needed Good punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
