We are a vibrant special school in Hayes that supports children aged 4-11 with autism and complex communication needs. We believe in meeting every child at their unique stage of learning and enabling them to flourish through a curriculum tailored to individual needs.
We value dignity, respect, and inclusion -- with every decision driven by the question: What will help this child thrive? Our staff build strong, consistent relationships with children and families, working together to grow confidence, communication, independence, and joy in learning.
Our ethos: "Be nice. Work hard. Be happy."
This isn't just a motto -- it's how we show up every day.

Desirable experience or training:
PECS, Makaton, BSL (basic), Zones of Regulation
