Position: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant

Location: Hull, East Yorkshire

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Until at least Christmas (potential for extension)

Salary: \xc2\xa380 - \xc2\xa390 per day (based on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the SEND unit and contribute to the growth and development of our incredible students.

As a Learning Support Assistant in the SEND unit, your duties will include:

• Providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEND
• Assisting teachers in creating a conducive learning environment
• Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Offering emotional and behavioural support
• Encouraging student engagement and participation
• Collaborating with the SEND team to ensure each student\'s unique needs are met

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A passion for working with students with SEND
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to learning support
• Relevant qualifications or experience in SEND education (desired but not essential)
