The Role
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our Upper School team, working with pupils aged 11-19. You will be an integral part of our highly dedicated team, supporting pupils with their learning, development, and personal care needs in a positive and fun environment.
As an LSA, you'll need to be adaptable, calm, and sensitive, with a high level of multitasking skills. You will also need to bring a fun-loving attitude, as interacting and playing with our pupils is key to their development and enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and assist pupils in their daily activities, including academic tasks, social interactions, and personal care
Foster an engaging and fun learning environment where each pupil feels valued
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the pupils' needs are met effectively
Help manage challenging situations with resilience and a calm approach
Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of our pupils
Take part in ongoing training and professional development
The ability to work effectively in a busy, dynamic environment with a calm and sensitive approach
A willingness to learn and develop your own skills to better support the pupils
