Teaching and Learning Assistant

We're looking for a

dedicated and experienced individual

who has previously worked with children in the UK and is confident supporting students with

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

.

The Role:

Provide support across various year groups, including classes with SEND pupils Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual learning needs Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment Respond to the unique strengths and challenges of each pupil, promoting academic and personal growth

Requirements:

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM An

Enhanced DBS

(or willingness to obtain one) Prior experience working with children in a UK school setting Ability to

commute to Watford

or live locally
