SEND Tutor (QTS)
Location: Dorchester
Pay: 37 per hour
Contract: Self-employed | Part-time to Full-time (flexible hours)
Work Location: In person
Hours: Flexible between 9am-3:30pm, term time only.

SEND Tutors (QTS)
to support learners across the Dorchester area between EYFS and A-Level.SEND Tutor
the role:Deliver personalised Maths and/or English tuition to students with SEND Create engaging, project-based learning programmes to support re-engagement Build positive, trusting relationships with learners Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs Complete session reports and provide clear feedback on student progress Work in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies
SEND Tutor
the person:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience Experience working with learners with SEND, including SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Two professional references UK-based with the right to work in the UK Full UK driving licence
