This is not a traditional tutoring position - it's a versatile, AAC-focused SEND role ideal for someone passionate about innovative, learner-centred approaches, flexible, and keen to work differently. We are looking for someone who is committed to making education accessible to everyone, regardless of disability. Open to existing tutors, TAs, HLTAs, NQTs, and candidates from other fields who bring curiosity and commitment.
Salary is pro rata and varies depending on experience.
Immediate to January start date.
Communication and Learning Enterprises Limited are a not-for-profit organisation who support students with special educational needs across the UK. We are looking to expand our amazing team and need an enthusiastic tutor providing one to one and small group support for students with disabilities and communication difficulties. We offer an extensive training package to our new staff, so enthusiasm is more important than experience.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the learning of a young adult. Our students are AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) users, knowledge of AAC is desirable but not required as you will receiving training for this position.
