Job Description

We are looking for qualified teachers to provide 1:1 tuition to learners aged 11-25 with SEND. Tutors must be able to deliver Maths, English or both subjects. This role is part of our alternative provision model where students receive consistent, personalised academic intervention.

Hours offered range from 10 to 40 per week.

You Must:

Hold QTS Be UK-based and available for face-to-face work Commit reliably to scheduled sessions Maintain accurate instructional records Support student engagement and progress
Safeguarding Statement

High Impact Academic Coaching Ltd. maintains a robust safeguarding process aligned to KCSIE. All applicants will be subject to suitability checks prior to engagement.

These checks include:

Enhanced DBS certificate and barred-list check where required Confirmation of identity and valid qualifications Professional reference clearance Safeguarding induction training
All tutors are required to:

Read KCSIE Part 1 before commencement Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times Immediately document and escalate concerns Maintain boundaries consistent with safe working practices
Delivery will not start until all documentation and vetting stages are complete.
