About South Park Enterprise College

South Park Enterprise College is an independent SEMH specialist school for students aged 11-16, many with EHCPs and diagnoses such as ADHD or ASD.


We provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people who have struggled in mainstream schools or face exclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Support strategic SEND development Lead EHCP reviews (Annual, Interim, Emergency) Coordinate daily SEND support and provision Oversee looked after pupils Provide professional guidance to staff, parents, and agencies Advise on SEND budgets, resources, and staff training Promote inclusion and curriculum access Lead interventions and manage staff/resources Quality assure SEND teaching and learning Attend and review PEP meetings

Requirements

Accredited SENDCo qualification Hold QTS or QTLS Passionate about education and inclusion Leadership experience Able to manage SEND provision with the Headteacher
