As an IT Support Engineer, you would be joining , our fast-growing telecommunications and digital transformation organisation.
Full training and development plans exist for those wanting to specialise or upskill, making this a fantastic opportunity if you want to develop in this field.
Responsibilities:
In this diverse role you can expect to be involved in several aspects of our support service, including:
- Responsibility for answering calls and responding to tickets
- Ticket logging, monitoring alerts
- Undertaking first line fixes
- Appropriately escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line support as required
No prior IT Support Desk experience is required for this role. If you have it, that's great, but the important attributes we are looking for are:
- Great interpersonal skills
- An aptitude to learn
