Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects. You will collaborate with designers and developers to bring concepts to life and ensure that the visual elements align with the overall vision of the project. A strong understanding of anatomy and proficiency in industry-standard software is essential for success in this role.

Duties

Create detailed 3D models and textures for characters, environments, and props. Collaborate with the design team to develop visual concepts and ensure consistency across projects. Implement animations and rigging for 3D assets as required. Utilise software such as Unreal Engine to integrate assets into game environments. Develop and maintain the digital library with the team. Support Directors with revising and implementing company processes for continued growth. Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas. Managing external suppliers when required. Other ad-hoc duties as required

Experience

Preferably with 5 years' experience of Autodesk 3ds Max Design. Proficiency in 3D rendering software (Chaos Group Vray, Corona). Skilled in Omniverse, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit. Knowledge of Unreal Engine, C#, C++, Python, and Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator). Previous experience in a similar role or portfolio showcasing relevant work is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Detail-oriented, flexible yet hard working individual. Excellent time and priority management skills. Able to manage small project 3d teams to deliver high quality work. Good familiarity with asset optimisation techniques. Comfortable working directly with clients in creative ideation sessions.
