"This one's for the PR leaders ready to shape the future of beauty and wellness communications. If that's not you, keep scrolling."
If you're craving more influence, more ownership, and the chance to actually shape the cultural narrative for brands - not just follow it - this might be the career-defining move you've been looking for.
We're on the lookout for a brilliantly balanced Senior Account Director who lives and breathes beauty, wellness, and cultural impact. Someone who can switch between landing critical coverage, dipping into creative strategy and is buttoned up on business rigour. Someone who knows how to lead a team, a client, and a conversation, with confidence.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship client portfolio roster at Porter Novelli, including:
NIVEA, one of the UK's most iconic and trusted beauty brands
Eucerin, the derm-led skincare brand that leads the way
And Omnipod, a tech-forward type-1 diabetes brand breaking ground in the wellness space globally
Helping to shape our influencer team
You'll be part of a team behind campaigns that make headlines, shift perceptions, and drive behaviour change. You'll be working in the Corporate & Brand division, and will collaborate with culture creators, creatives, planners, and producers to bring bold campaigns to life.
You'll also play a key role in agency culture: mentoring rising stars, shaping our offering, and inspiring both clients and colleagues with your expert point of view. You'll be in the room when it counts, with the credibility to counsel senior clients, the intuition to manage complex dynamics, and the energy to make things happen.
And yes, you'll still have fun getting hands-on with trend-setting talent, talent negotiations, and flawless event rollouts. This is a leadership role where creativity and operational excellence go hand in hand.
You'll also be backed by award-winning experts in creativity, AI, data, and behavioural science: future-proofing your skills and giving your thinking serious edge. That's part of why we've been a Sunday Times Best Place to Work three years running (2023, 2024, 2025).
