Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Lead sales initiatives, creating strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Utilise Salesforce effectively for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting insights and recommendations clearly.

Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior account management role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards success. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
