The Role: Your Impact
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our fast-paced agency. This is a crucial role for a resilient, highly organised professional who thrives in the demanding yet exhilarating world of music and culture festivals.
You'll be the reliable engine room behind some of our biggest brand activations, managing complex logistics, meticulous budgets, and dynamic stakeholder relationships from concept through to successful on-site delivery. Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Management (Pre-Event)
Client Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, translating their brand objectives into actionable, deliverable event plans.
Budget Ownership: Manage, meticulously track and support senior team members on project budgets across multiple concurrent festivals, ensuring all costs are recorded and correct, suppliers are invoiced correctly, Purchase orders are raised and overall budget health is maintained.
Administrative Excellence: Support in the creation of all critical project documentation, including master tracking sheets, risk assessments, production schedules, and post-event reporting.
Project Delivery & Logistics (Live)
Supplier Coordination: Source, contract, and manage a diverse network of suppliers, including production teams, set builders, staff agencies, catering, and transport. Support the production manager across supplier comms and requirements
On-Site Leadership: Spend significant time on-site at up to 15 major UK festivals during the summer season, supporting on the build, live activation, and de-rig phases.
Troubleshooting: Act as the confident, solutions-focused point person on-site, quickly working with senior team members to resolve unforeseen logistical, technical, or client issues under pressure.
Team Support: Support the wider delivery team with accreditation, travel, accommodation, and general on-site welfare, maintaining an upbeat and positive working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven Events Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a live events agency, experiential agency, or in-house events team, with direct exposure to festivals or large-scale public events in the UK.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrable experience creating, managing, and reconciling complex, multi-line project budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to confidently liaise with high-level clients, internal teams, and external suppliers, turning potential conflicts into collaborations.
Organisational Power: A highly detail-orientated approach. You are a natural multi-tasker, able to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously without letting anything slip. Have an understanding of a project lifecycle within an agency from budget skills to production and delivery onsite.
Production Knowledge: A basic understanding of production within festival environment.
"People Person" & Energy: A genuinely enthusiastic and personable approach. You should genuinely love working on-site, building rapport with everyone from crew to client, and maintaining a positive, resilient attitude during long, demanding on-site hours.
Travel and Flexibility: Must be comfortable with extensive travel across the UK and working long, unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly during the main festival season (May-September).
