About the role

Transforming how the art world works online starts with you. As the Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in helping Artlogic engage with new clients across the world. You will be responsible for winning new business through sales campaigns, client calls and product demonstrations to educate and consult potential clients on running and growing their business on their platform. Your focus will be on converting large organisations with a direct impact on helping Artlogic meet its goals. Over time they will also look to you to offer valuable feedback on how they can make more sales as they build the business. This unique opportunity sits within the global Sales Team, responsible for increasing their client base, driving their subscription revenue and meeting targets to support Artlogic\xe2\x80\x99s future plans.

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume sales role, within the art world.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or SaaS is preferred.
  • Existing professional network within the art world. (Galleries, Artists, Art Basel etc)
  • Diligent self-starter with an entrepreneurial character who is able to demonstrate strong initiative. Focused on strategic thinking and relationship building.
  • Experience training and mentoring junior members of staff.
  • Proven experience in devising and implementing high yielding sales campaigns.
  • Well-spoken, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality. A client-centric approach, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology advancements and a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Good analytical ability and a desire to learn and improve methodologies and processes.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Fluency in a second language is preferred but not essential.
Key responsibilities
  • Qualifying assigned leads and successfully onboard them to our services.
  • Planning and executing outreach campaigns to increase qualified leads in your pipeline.
  • Managing and scheduling your outreach and upsell campaigns efficiently and in collaboration with management.
  • Working with our team of Sales Development Representatives to source and generate qualified and well-researched leads for these campaigns.
  • Developing additional outbound initiatives - sourcing and scraping additional leads to bolster your personal pipeline outside of those assigned.
  • Managing and tracking your campaigns, client correspondence, and deals in Hubspot.
  • Crafting personal touch points throughout your campaigns, creating sequences and templates that can be shared.
  • Scheduling sales calls and in-person/remote product demonstrations.
  • Monitoring your campaign strategy and success rates, and regularly reporting on your sales results.
  • Sharing insights, statistics and trends with the team.
  • Acting as a resource for junior members of the team and assisting sales managers to train new colleagues.

The role is based out of our London office. Our office is in a converted warehouse complex shared with a handful of other friendly creative organisations and a top-notch canteen. The beautiful courtyard area is perfect for post-work socialising and the odd bit of al-fresco working \xe2\x80\x93 weather permitting! We are a collaborative and relaxed bunch who enjoy each other\xe2\x80\x99s company both at work and in the pub.
