About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new strategic enterprise accounts. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with C-suite executives, understanding their sustainability challenges, and positioning Worldly's solutions to meet their needs. This role will be focused on driving Worldly's work into new product categories and working closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product leadership to ensure our solutions meet emerging market challenges.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win large, complex enterprise deals Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers at Fortune 500 companies Lead discovery sessions to understand client sustainability challenges, sourcing risks, and broader business objectives Articulate Worldly's value proposition in the context of customer's industry and specific needs Collaborate with product, data science, solutions, and implementation teams to craft tailored solutions Negotiate complex contracts and drive deals to closure Forecast accurately and manage pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly targets Stay current on sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks, and industry trends

We'd Like to See

8+ years of successful enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota Demonstrated success closing strategic, complex deals with Fortune 500 companies Experience selling data platforms, analytics solutions, ESG/sustainability solutions, or sourcing platforms preferred Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and ability to navigate complex organizations Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage C-suite executives Strategic thinking and consultative sales approach Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Compensation Overview


-------------------------


Base Rate: $120,000 - $155,000 USD Annually (US)


91,000 - 117,000 GBP Annually (UK)

This role offers a competitive compensation package with a 50/50 base-to-incentive split. Your total earnings will be comprised of a fixed base salary (50%), a performance-based incentive component (50%), and participation in our Equity Stock Options Program.


Compensation Range: $120K - $155K
