Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and driven

Senior Account Handler

to join our team in Aldridge. This is a

predominantly phone-based role

focused on nurturing client relationships, responding to inbound enquiries, and proactively driving business development through outbound engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that maximise our service offering Build rapport and trust with existing and prospective clients, acting as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact Dedicate approximately

50% of your time

to outbound calls targeting new business opportunities Identify and engage potential clients within our core markets: Architects Heritage construction companies Insurance firms managing high net worth claims Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction Stay informed on industry trends and client needs to refine outreach strategies

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in account handling, sales, or client services Strong communication skills with a confident, persuasive phone manner Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development Experience or familiarity with any of our target sectors is highly desirable: Architecture Heritage construction Insurance (especially high net worth claims) Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities with professionalism A genuine interest in restoration, heritage, and craftsmanship is a plus
