Overview of the Senior Account Lead



Drive Advertising Success: Present and sell advertising solutions to clients, specialists, and agencies, both in the UK and internationally. Foster Strong Client Relationships: Deliver expert client and account management, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional service. Stay Ahead of Airport Trends: Communicate vital updates at the airport, including changes impacting media sales. Exceed Revenue Goals: Consistently hit monthly and quarterly budgets through strategic planning and execution. Lead in Digital Innovation: Present cutting-edge ideas to digital and programmatic agencies, driving impactful campaigns. Expand Your Network: Represent the brand at networking events and seminars, both locally and abroad, building meaningful industry connections. Inspire with Insight: Develop case studies and conduct research to enrich our social media and communication strategies.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:



Management of budgets relating to individual Agency and Client spend forecasts Provide regular sales forecasts to Head of Media Sales Raise awareness of the airport's advertising products, services and audience Identify fresh opportunities for both new and existing clients Arranging regular meetings with Outdoor Specialists, Agencies and Clients to maintain and nurture relationships. Manage the sale process - Rate presentation through to Negotiation Attend relevant industry conferences and media exhibitions - where necessary Achieve and exceed sales targets Networking - Attending events through DPAA, WOOH and any other organisations deemed relevant Seek out and attend more networking events to get connections to establish meetings with main agencies/clients. Attend regular programmatic training events, making sure we are up to date with the programmatic industry Present to programmatic agencies Attend programmatic networking events to ensure we hit programmatic target Sales Team are to contribute to the Media Sales monthly newsletter. This includes airports news, out of home industry news, networking events and events hosted by media team, client campaigns, events at the excel, new advertising sites and team updates. Working closely with agencies and clients to gather information and sign off client case studies for our newsletter and website

Key Competencies:



Proven experience with outdoor media agencies and specialists Highly experienced and confident preparing and presenting presentations Proficient in Microsoft applications such as excel, PowerPoint and Word Knowledge of photoshop, Canva or another creative application Ability to network in a confident and professional way Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills - keeping updated daily activity and sales logs

Qualifications:



Knowledge of the out of home advertising industry is a must Knowledge of airport advertising preferable but not essential Proficient in Microsoft applications such as excel, PowerPoint and word

Working Hours



9-12 Month FTC - Temporary Role 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Some out of hours working plus travel may be required.
