Based Gloucester/ Bristol (Hybrid Remote + Field) | 45k Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE 90k-100k+ with Accelerators up to 120k+

About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
Take ownership of 100+ existing commercial accounts spanning unified communications, cloud telephony, business connectivity, mobile plans, and IT support services.
Build and protect strong client relationships through proactive engagement, solution selling, and excellent service.
Drive upsell, cross?sell and referral opportunities to grow monthly recurring revenue and annual contract value.
Work collaboratively as part of a successful sales and account management team with a hybrid mix of remote work, customer visits, and office training/coaching.
This isn't a passive account manager role - you'll be rewarded for spotting opportunities early, understanding business challenges, and helping customers get more value from the technology and services they rely on.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has demonstrable experience managing mid?to?large commercial accounts in telecoms, IT managed services, connectivity or cloud communications.
Is proactive, commercial and confident with consultative sales, upselling and cross?selling.
Thrives on customer relationships and delivering real business outcomes, not just ticking boxes.
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with ongoing training and professional development.
