The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join one of Brookson's top-performing business development teams. Based in the Midlands, this field-based role blends new business development and account management, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships while driving commercial success.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and dormant clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the recruitment sector. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys opening doors, meeting clients face-to-face, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients (existing and dormant), developing relationships to maximise revenue potential
Identify new prospects and extend account knowledge through research, outbound calls, and in-person meetings
Manage your diary and arrange meetings to introduce Brookson's services to new and existing clients
Segment, qualify, and prioritise client portfolios, maintaining a robust and strategic contact plan
Attend industry networking and hospitality events to build and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
Proven outbound calling and lead generation experience
At least 2 years of field sales experience or demonstrable success in a desk-based sales role and ready to make the step into field sales
Demonstrated experience in researching, mapping, and nurturing new business opportunities
A self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
