Senior Account Manager / Head of Account Management

to join our team and lead our account management function from the office.

About the Role:



As

Senior Account Manager / Head of Account Management

, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our internal account management team. You'll act as the vital link between our Account Managers, Administrators, and Directors - ensuring communication flows clearly, tasks are delegated effectively, and deadlines are met.

This is a full-time office-based role. While the core hours are Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work may be required depending on the needs of the business. Any weekend hours worked will be given back as time off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, support, and manage a team of Account Managers and Administrators Act as the main point of contact between the office team and Directors Delegate and prioritise tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations Monitor team performance and provide guidance where needed Ensure client requirements are met with high standards of service Identify opportunities for improved systems and workflow processes Assist in resource planning and staff scheduling across projects

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in a senior account management or office management role (ideally within events, logistics, or a fast-paced industry) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can handle multiple projects Experience working closely with senior leadership or directors Familiarity with event staffing, scheduling tools, or workforce management systems is a bonus
